Returns Policy

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your goods have been damaged en route to you or if there is a fault with the goods, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange for the collection of the goods. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check the products and advise us if you feel there is a fault. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS HAVE TO BE RETURNED WITHIN 48 HOURS. All we ask is that you include a small note explaining the fault. As soon as we receive the item and it has been tested, we will either repair the item or send a replacement. PN: The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Goods Do Not Match Expectations
Should a product not meet your expectations, you have 7 days, from the date of delivery of the product/s, to cancel an order by returning the product/s, undamaged in any manner, together with all packing materials and documentation to TheMagikBox Online or its authorised agents.

The provisions of this agreement relating to the return of goods and cancellation of any agreement to provide services shall not apply if:

  • the products are personalised or made to the customers specifications;
  • the products are perishable or will expire rapidly
  • the sale consists of ink, toner, hard drives, software or media in whatever form
  • the products are damaged in any manner or no longer in their original state of receipt
  • the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned;
  • audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken;

Special Conditions

  • A handling fee may be charged for fault-free products that are returned, subject to the discretion of TheMagikBox Online and/or its authorised agents
  • TheMagikBox Online is not obliged to accept the return of any goods
  • TheMagikBox Online reserves the right to issue a credit note for returned goods and is not obliged to refund the client for returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item ONLY (not S&H charges)
IMPORTANT: Items delayed due to postponement of release dates only will be entitled to a full refund including shipping and handling, provided the release date has been pushed ahead by 21 days or more.
