By clicking on one of the Categories or Sub-Categories, you will be guided to a list of products in that category. At any stage of your browsing, you can get back to the home page by clicking on Home at the top of page.
If you can’t find what you are looking for or want to buy more than 10 units, click on Contact Us at the top of the page and you will be given details of how to get hold of us. Step 1 - On each product page is an option to Add to Cart. By clicking on this button, you are adding this item to your shopping cart and to pay for the items you click on the Checkout page.
Step 2 - If it is your first time in our store, you’ll need to click on Register here and supply us with some of your personal details. Don’t worry - your details are safe. We look after them like we would look after our own. If you have registered before, you’ll just need to login with your details. Please take care though to enter all of your details correctly as errors could cause delays and incur extra costs.
From here you just have to select a couple of options as per your preference and your order will be confirmed once you receive your Order Number. Then check your email and you will receive an automated email confirming receipt of your order along with all of the details that you entered. If you are depositing payment into our account, this is also where you will find our banking details. It is a good idea to email or fax us confirmation so we can allocated the payment to your order and to avoid any delays.
As soon as your payment is confirmed, we’ll notify you by sending you an email and processing of your order will begin. If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, you will be contacted immediately advising you of the expected time delay. If stock is available, your order is released and dispatched by our courier service to the physical address on your order.
